These terms govern your use of JA Fleet, the internal fleet management system of Jos Alukkas Group.
1. Acceptance
By accessing JA Fleet, you agree to these terms. This app is for authorised Jos Alukkas employees only.
2. Authorised Use
JA Fleet is an internal fleet management system. Access is granted by Jos Alukkas management only. Credentials must not be shared. Unauthorised access is prohibited.
3. Data Accuracy
Drivers are responsible for accurate KM logs, fuel entries, and trip records. Falsification of records is a disciplinary matter.
4. Location Data
GPS location is recorded only during active trips. Location data is used solely for fleet management purposes.
5. Device Use
The app may be accessed on company or personal devices. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
6. Confidentiality
Fleet data, vehicle information, and operational data are confidential to Jos Alukkas Group.
7. Changes
Jos Alukkas reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
