- Name and mobile number (login / identification).
- GPS location (only during active trips).
- Vehicle photos (fuel bills, accident reports, documents).
- KM readings and fuel consumption data.
- Device information (security logging).
2. How We Use Your Data
- Fleet management and vehicle tracking.
- Compliance monitoring (insurance, PUCC expiry).
- Expense and service request processing.
- Security and audit logging.
3. Data Storage
- All data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL).
- Servers located in Mumbai, India.
- Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS).
4. Third Parties
- Google Gemini Vision: fuel bill OCR only, no data retained.
- Google Maps: GPS route display only.
- No data sold or shared with third parties.
5. Data Retention
- Active employee data: retained during employment.
- Audit logs: retained for 2 years.
- Request deletion: fleet@josalukkas.com.
6. Your Rights
- Access your data: contact fleet@josalukkas.com.
- Request correction or deletion: same contact.
